JNation will be held in Convento São Francisco at Coimbra city center.

From Lisbon or Oporto, you can easily get here by train or car.

Coming from Lisbon

By Train

You should get a train to Coimbra-B railway station. 
Depending on the train, it can take you 1:40 to 2 hours maximum to get to Coimbra. You can check the timetable and buy the ticket online from CP. When buying tickets search for the AP or IC services, as these are the better trains to catch. Prices can vary from 19.50€ to 33.30€.

You can take a taxi to Convento São Francisco which is about 10 minutes ride with an 8€ fare but a better choice is to come walking to the conference hall, contemplate the magnificent view of the town with a 40 minutes riverside walk.

By car

Driving to Coimbra is very straightforward, just take the main highway A1 to Coimbra-Sul exit 12 and then drive towards the city center. Expect about 200km (2 hours) and a toll of around 14 €. There is a free underground parking at the conference center.

From the Airport

Coimbra Airport Shuttle operates a shared transfer between Coimbra and the Lisbon Airport. It is a convenient service that can pick you up at the airport and drops you in your accommodation. 

Coming from Porto

By Train
